Security Guard App for India

Security companies use Guard Patrol to replace paper occurrence books and disconnected messaging with one timestamped record of attendance, patrol rounds, incidents and supervisor actions. The app supports agency supervision and auditable site records; it does not issue or replace a PSARA licence.

Agency administrators create sites and shifts, issue QR or NFC checkpoints, assign guards and monitor exceptions from a browser. Guards use the Android app already on their phone, including when connectivity is unavailable.

Private security agencies operate under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and the rules and controlling authorities applicable in each state or union territory.

Guard Patrol supports operational recordkeeping, but it does not replace legal advice, employee licensing, required training or the security company's own compliance duties. Requirements should be confirmed with the relevant authority before deployment.

Plans are billed in US dollars through the shared Guard Patrol account system. The 15-day trial covers one site and one guard; paid plans currently support up to 15 sites and 100 guards.

A practical rollout starts with one active site: map checkpoints, add the duty roster, run a supervised patrol and review the first attendance and patrol reports before expanding to more locations.
